Before your session, we’ll schedule a 30–60 minute consultation so we can talk through what you want from the experience rather than a one-size-fits-all plan.

Pricing depends on the session type, location, and creative scope. Session-specific pricing is available on the corresponding information page when one is available.

Any travel costs, special location costs, or additional expenses will be discussed before your session so there are no surprises.

Payment details and required documents are reviewed before the session is finalized.

During your 30–60 minute consultation, we’ll talk through locations, timing, outfits, animals, props, poses, inspiration, and the overall feeling you want your photos to have.

We’ll build a vision board together so we have a clear visual direction before session day.

Bring ideas you already love—Pinterest photos, poses, locations, colors, outfits, or even just a general feeling you want the photos to convey. I’ll help turn those ideas into something that works naturally in front of the camera.

Sessions are built around the vision and images we want to create—not a strict time limit. I would rather take the time needed to get the right images than end a session simply because a clock says time is up.

Any animals, props, equipment, location access, wardrobe changes, or other special considerations will be planned ahead of time.

I’ll check in the day before and again the morning of your session to confirm the location, timing, weather, animals, and any last-minute changes.

Bring the outfits, animals, props, equipment, or personal items we discussed during planning.

We’ll use your vision board and session plan as our guide while still leaving room for the candid moments, movement, expressions, and unexpected images that happen naturally.

I’ll provide direction when it’s helpful, but you should not expect an entire session of stiff poses or constantly looking at the camera.

There is no strict session stopwatch. We work toward completing the images and ideas we planned.

For livestock and agricultural sessions, I understand that animals, weather, show schedules, lighting, and the environment do not always cooperate on command. The session can adapt as needed rather than forcing everything into a rigid timeline.

After your session, I review the images and professionally edit the photographs selected for your final gallery.

Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for editing and digital delivery.

Your finished photographs are delivered through a private Google Drive folder for easy viewing and downloading.

You’ll also receive a mailed USB copy of your final photographs.

Editing includes the normal professional work needed to finish the image—such as exposure, color, cropping, distractions, and overall polish. Editing does not mean completely altering the people, animals, setting, or reality of the photograph.

Final image selection and editing are handled by The Western Lab Co. so the delivered gallery reflects the quality and style shown throughout my portfolio.

Clients receive usage rights outlined in their photography agreement; copyright is not automatically transferred with purchase.

Permission for The Western Lab Co. to use client photographs is handled separately. Clients can indicate whether images may be used on social media, the WLC website, print materials, and/or paid advertising.

Any session-specific deliverables, image-use terms, or additional expectations will be explained before booking.
