All purchases made through The Western Lab Co. are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing selections, color preferences, or other customer purchasing decisions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at westernlabco@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the affected item.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
