Welcome to The Western Lab Co. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, www.westernlabco.com, and the purchase of products and services offered by The Western Lab Co., LLC (“The Western Lab Co.,” “WLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our associated policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication to our website, unless otherwise specified. Any changes will not retroactively alter the terms governing an order already accepted.

3. Products and Availability

The Western Lab Co. offers apparel, jewelry, accessories, and other merchandise inspired by agriculture, science, and related industries.

Certain products are manufactured or fulfilled through third-party providers, including print-on-demand services. Other products are stocked and fulfilled directly by The Western Lab Co.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, materials, and pricing. However, minor variations may occur because of screen settings, manufacturing processes, or the handmade or individually produced nature of certain products.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders for unavailable items. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will notify you and issue an appropriate refund.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees are calculated or displayed during checkout before the purchase is completed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders are subject to payment authorization and acceptance.

5. Order Processing and Fulfillment

Orders may be fulfilled directly by The Western Lab Co. or by approved third-party manufacturers and fulfillment partners.

Print-on-demand products are generally manufactured after an order is placed. Production times vary depending on the product, manufacturer, order volume, and availability.

Orders containing products from multiple fulfillment locations may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

We may contact customers if additional information is necessary to process or fulfill an order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, applicable charges, and estimated delivery information are provided during checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Actual delivery times may vary because of production requirements, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

When shipment delays occur, we will provide notifications, cancellation options, and refunds as required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply when a package must be reshipped because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer, where permitted by law.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly authorized by The Western Lab Co.

We do not accept discretionary returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing selections, color preferences, or other customer purchasing decisions.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact us at westernlabco@gmail.com with their order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs.

We will evaluate the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Our final-sale policy does not limit any nonwaivable consumer rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

8. Order Cancellations

Because certain products enter production shortly after an order is placed, customer-requested cancellations are generally not accepted after an order has been submitted.

We may authorize a cancellation at our discretion when fulfillment has not begun.

This policy does not restrict cancellation or refund rights arising from legally protected circumstances, including qualifying shipping delays or unfulfilled orders.

9. Promotions and Discounts

The Western Lab Co. may offer promotional discounts, free-shipping incentives, complimentary gifts, and other limited-time offers.

Promotions are subject to their advertised eligibility requirements, exclusions, purchase thresholds, and availability.

Unless otherwise specified, promotional discounts have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions prospectively. Changes will not retroactively invalidate discounts properly applied to accepted orders.

Discount combinations and eligibility are determined by the conditions disclosed for each promotion.

10. Intellectual Property

All original designs, illustrations, photographs, logos, graphics, written content, and other materials created or owned by The Western Lab Co. are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or use our proprietary materials to create products for resale.

Purchasing an item does not transfer ownership of its underlying intellectual property.

Third-party trademarks and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.
